Session Description: HRSA’s 340B rebate pilot for nine Medicare price-negotiated drugs went live on January 1, 2026. Just six weeks in, the gap between the implementation plans and the on-the-ground experience for covered entities, including Community Health Centers (CHCs), is becoming increasingly clear. This session will examine how CHCs are navigating the rollout, highlighting real-world challenges related to new workflows, access to medications, and disruptions to long-standing 340B processes. Speakers will share insight into how the rebate process has functioned in practice, CHCs’ experiences with Beacon Channel Management, and the IT adjustments many have had to implement. Attendees will also hear about persistent issues, early lessons learned, and strategies to adapt as the pilot continues to evolve.
