The session will be co-led by representatives from Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic (YVFWC) , demonstrating the power of collaborative innovation between frontline staff and leadership. Attendees will gain actionable insights into how this model was implemented, the operational and clinical workflows involved, and the measurable impact on patient care and system costs.
