Session Description: Artificial Intelligence (AI) is rapidly transforming the way health centers are operating and engaging with their patients. But, health centers can also explore how AI can help to improve their engagement with potential donors and funders where staffing resources are often limited and the demand for impactful storytelling is high, AI offers practical tools to streamline fundraising and communication strategies. Being seen as a partner of choice by funders, donors, and community stakeholders requires strong storytelling, timely engagement, and data-informed strategies. This interactive one-hour session will explore how health centers can leverage AI to draft compelling appeals, personalize donor outreach, analyze giving trends, and optimize communication with stakeholders. Participants will learn about real-world use cases, tools that are accessible to health centers of all sizes, and practical steps to integrate AI into existing workflows while maintaining authenticity and compliance.
