Session Description: Healthcare and civic engagement are deeply connected. Vot-ER proudly partners with healthcare organizations across the country to integrate nonpartisan voter registration activities into routine patient care. Leveraging trusted patient–care team relationships, Lynn Community Health Center (LCHC) has used simple tools—QR-code badges, handouts, After Visit Summaries, MyChart messages, and onsite registration drives—to engage patients in nonpartisan civic engagement. These efforts empowered patients and strengthened community connection. Learn about how LCHC successfully registered 1,000 patients to vote, proving that healthcare settings can play a meaningful role in advancing civic engagement.
