San Francisco Community Clinic Consortium

SFCCC is a partnership of nonprofit health centers dedicated to bridging the gap in access to compassionate, inclusive, and comprehensive healthcare for San Francisco’s diverse communities. For over 40 years, SFCCC has supported our member clinics with programing, funding and organization of policy and advocacy efforts that benefit a broad and diverse swath of San Francisco’s most vulnerable residents.
