Policy & Issues Forum
February 9-12, 2026
Gaylord National Harbor
Washington, DC
Join us for NACHC’s 2026 Policy & Issues Forum (P&I) – the nation’s premier gathering of Community Health Center leaders, February 9-12 at the Gaylord National Harbor. P&I also includes targeted educational sessions and networking opportunities for our nation’s Migratory and Seasonal Agricultural Workers.
2026 NACHC P&I
This annual landmark event unites CHC executives, clinicians, board members, and state association leaders to shape the future of primary care in America. The U.S. faces critical healthcare challenges – with only 4.7% of U.S. healthcare spending directed to primary care and 100 million Americans lacking reliable access to affordable primary care. Thousands of CHC leaders from around the country will join national leaders and change-makers to develop strategies for expanding access to primary care to reduce chronic disease, save lives and reduce costs.
The NACHC P&I Forum will focus on innovative approaches to chronic disease management, demonstrate the cost-saving impact of CHCs to bipartisan members of Congress, and help shape policies that help make Americans healthy. CHCs serve nearly 52 million patients—about 1 in 7 Americans, including 1 in 5 people in rural areas—through over 15,000 CHCs operating more than 17,000 locations and supported by a dedicated workforce of over 330,000 professionals, but represent roughly 1% of total annual health care spend in the US. Their innovative and comprehensive model improves health and reduces costly ER care, delivering savings to American taxpayers.
